As the Senior Consultant of STRUT E&I, Adel plays a pivotal role in providing steadfast leadership for the company. His collaborative efforts with executives are instrumental in establishing both short and long-term goals, strategic plans, and effective strategies. Adel's professional prowess is underscored by his licensure as a professional engineer in five states, reflecting his dedication to the field.
Adel's academic achievements include the attainment of a Master of Science degree in Civil-Structural Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With a wealth of experience exceeding 13 years, Adel has made significant contributions in the domains of structural design and project management. His project management expertise has been particularly focused on multifamily residential buildings and site developments, while his structural design experience encompasses reinforced concrete, structural steel, and timber structures.

Ali Badiee is a licensed general contractor and civil engineer serving as Director of Construction & Development at STRUT E&I. He leads construction planning, provides consultation on permitting and code compliance, and supports the execution of complex residential and commercial projects. His role bridges STRUT’s engineering capabilities with real-world construction solutions, bringing technical precision and field expertise to every phase of development.
Ali holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tehran, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a second master’s in project management from Harrisburg University. He is also a licensed General Contractor in the State of Georgia with an unrestricted license, authorized to perform unlimited commercial and residential construction projects.
With over 18 years of experience, Ali brings a strong background in civil engineering and construction. He has led infrastructure and vertical construction projects ranging from roadway and utility systems to full-scale residential and commercial builds. His work includes high-end renovations, ground-up developments, and specialty projects such as ADUs, pop-top additions, and whole-home transformations.
In addition to his role at STRUT, Ali is the founder of INVESTACK LLC, a construction and real estate development firm focused on spec renovations and complex, high-end property transformations.
